Marta Cabañero, 27
Marta Cabañero began her flute studies at the age of seven in the Music Conservatory of A Coruña, Galicia. In 2017 she started her bachelor studies in CSMA, Zaragoza, switching one year later to ESMUC, Barcelona, with Vicens Prats. After two years she moved to Stuttgart to finish her studies with Davide Formisano. Since September 2022 she has been studying in the Musikhochschule Freiburg with Mario Caroli. In September 2022 she was awarded first price in the Ceuta National Competition. She has worked in Hofer Symphoniker and Staatsorchester Braunschweig as Solo Flute and has been academist in the Statskapelle Dresden, where she has played under the batton of conductors such as Daniele Gatti and Andrés Orozco Estrada.
