Efter konkurrence 18. og 19. juni 2012 i Odense Koncerthus
opslås følgende stilling(er) gerne med tiltrædelse snarest muligt:

1. Koncertmester: Op til tre stillinger på individuelle vilkår

1. Runde 18.juni: Mozart: Violinkoncert nr.4 i D-dur eller nr. 5 i A-dur (1. og 2. sats med kadencer)
- der spilles bag skærm -

2. Runde 18.juni: 1. sats med kadence af en af flg. koncerter: Brahms, Tjajkovskij, Sibelius, Carl Nielsen
samt Uddrag fra orkesterlitteraturen

3. Runde 19.juni: Orkesterspil: Uddrag af orkesterlitteraturen.

4. Runde 19.juni: Gruppespil og instruktion af primogruppen og strygergruppelederne samt kammermusik.

Ansøgere med andet statsborgerskab end dansk bedes selv holde sig underrettet om reglerne for opholds- og arbejdstilladelse for statsborgere fra det pågældende land.

Der stilles akkompagnatør til rådighed ved selve konkurrencen.
Ansøgeren afholder selv rejse- og opholdsudgifter.

Sammen med tilmelding indbetales et depositum på DKK 500.- følg vejledning ved tilmelding. Tilmelding er først gyldig, når beløbet er modtaget.
Ved fremmøde til konkurrencen eller ved afbud senest 11/6 kl.12 refunderes beløbet.

Om Odense Symfoniorkester
Odense Symfoniorkester er et landsdelsorkester med 73 musikere og 14 teknisk/administrative medarbejdere. Orkestret, som har hjemsted i Odense Koncerthus, har et årligt publikumstal på godt 95.000. Kernen i orkestrets virke er symfoniske koncerter. Dertil kommer skole- og familiekoncerter, kirke- og kammerkoncerter, operaforestillinger og cd-indspilninger. Odense Symfoniorkester turnerer desuden regelmæssigt i ind- og udland. Det årlige budget er på cirka 56 mio. kr.

After Audition in Odense Concert Hall, June 18th and 19th 2012

1st Concertmaster: Up to three positions on individuel terms

1st Round June 18: W.A. Mozart: Violin Concerto No. 4, D major, or No. 5, A major (1st and 2nd movements with cadenzas)
- you will play behind a screen -

2nd Round June 18: 1st movement with cadenza from one of the following concertos: Brahms, Tchaikovsky Sibelius, Carl Nielsen as well as Orchestral excerpts

3rd Round June 19: Playing with the orchestra: Orchestral excerpts

4th Round June 19: Playing in section, instruction of the 1st violin section and other string section leaders
as well as chamber music

Applicants with other citizenship than Danish are responsible for obtaining valid residence- and work permits by the time of employment in DK

Accompanist for the audition will be provided by the orchestra.
Applicants will pay for travel and accomodation

With the application you will have to make a deposit of DKK 500 – just follow the guidelines when you register. The application will receive no consideration until the amount has been received.

The amount will be refunded when attending the audition or by excuse no later than 11/6 noon (DK time).

About Odense Symphony Orchestra
The Odense Symphony Orchestra is a regional orchestra with 73 musicians and a technical-/administrative staff of 14 employees. The orchestra is based in Odense Concert Hall and has an annual audience of aprox 95.000. The core activity is the performance of symphonic concerts. In addition to this the orchestra's schedule comprises school and family concerts, church and chamber concerts, opera performances and CD recordings. The orchestra tours regularly in Denmark and abroad. The annual budget is approx. 56 million DKK.
