Carl Nielsen International Organ Competition

Founded in 1986 and held every second year until 2004 and then in 2007 under the name of "Odense International Organ Competition", organised by the City of Odense.

Since 2011 the organ competition is part of The Carl Nielsen International Music Competition, taking its place as the fourth discipline together with violin, clarinet and flute.

The competition is open to organists of all nationalities under 35 years of age, i.e. born no earier than May 30 1980.
